Senior Claims Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Matt accepted employment with Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, Inc. in 2023 as a Claims Administrative Assistant. She assists with review of property coverage, claim processing, communicating with the insureds and the carriers, claims management and reporting as well as daily maintanence and monitoring of the computer systems and programs. On occasion she will assist in the field facilitating the investigation an adjustment of routine property and casualty claims.
