Mr Sacharczyk graduated from University of New Hampshire in 1977 with a BS in Business Management/Marketing. He has served in the Property Claims Department for 40 years at NJM Insurance Group, West Trenton , NJ retiring in January 2018, and accepting a position at Tri-State Adjusters as a field staff adjuster in October 2018.
At NJM, he spent 30 years handling all types of property damage claims as a senior field adjuster. He handled large losses from fire to catastrophe events. For the last 10 years he was a Claims Supervisor in the home office. He supervised field staff in handling all types of property losses with first and third party insureds. He has worked closely with various insurer’s, legal staff, construction experts and public adjusters.
He also supervised the company’s catastrophe claims management internally while directing, coordinating, and managing independent adjusting companies during large claim events. He has an AIC designation and has taken numerous continuing education classes related to property claims.
