Tri-State supports and encourages the continuing education of its field adjusters.  Each Tri-State claim professional is required to enroll in the Associate In Claims (AIC) program offered through the Insurance Institute of America.  Tri-State corporately funds adjuster's tuition fees for all continuing education activities.

Tri-State's personnel actively attend and participate in both regional and national seminars and conferences including the PLRB, LEA, CPCU, AICPU Claims Conference, Risk Insurance Management Society, and ACE.
